Can I pay my bill via M-pesa?

We prefer to have payments done through safer and more reliable modes of payments. Some of these include:

Brackenhurst has a KCB ATM within the facility which can be used by holders of Electronic Visa and Master Cards.

Our rates differ depending on the nature of stay and other corporate/individual considerations. Kindly contact the bookings office for more accurate response to your needs.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 25% deposit to guarantee a booking. The balance is to be paid upon arrival.

1. CANCELLATIONS Of the 25% deposit, the amount forfeited if reservations are cancelled is:

• 100% if less than 2 weeks’ notice

• 75% if more than 2 weeks but less than 5 weeks’ notice

2. REDUCTION IN NUMBERS (if less than a week’s notice) If the group has:

• 51% to 75% of the number booked, 25% of the original deposit is forfeited
• 25% or less of the number booked, 100% of the original deposit is forfeited

3. NO SHOWS - The entire 25% deposit is forfeited
